Why still no fixing for DC's Punishing Light!!!

PL is removing all sorts of debuffs on the target after stop casting (even just a tick on target). This issue stands for months and still not yet be fixed!! High prophet debuff, bilethorn ticks, plaguefire ticks and all other stuff which enpower a cleric is totally ruined by cleric's self class mechanic!!! The divine at-will become the most useless thing a cleric have because it removes all debuffs for your target!! Pls fix this as in M3 we will have a new virtuous cap stone which heavily relying on divine at-wills to be effective. Please fix this, this is a urgent problem for all clerics!!! Kindly reply for this thread, i know many clerics are waiting for the fix and will appreciate your job. Thank you.
