Armor Pen fixed?

Hey all, I just recently got my cw to 60 and acquired my T2 gear. I'm starting to slot enchantments as I can afford them and was wondering if armor pen had been fixed for all the cw powers it was broken for in mod 2? I know power is huge and crit is nonessential thanks to Eye of the Storm. My recovery is already at 3K (to be 3.5K when FD weapons are ready to go). So am I stacking power alone, or can I dedicate some slots to armor pen (if it's been fixed)?

    Armor pen is not fixed and I don't think mod 3 will fix it either... I read somewhere that CWs will be going under the microscope for mod 4, but I dunno about that accuracy or whether ArP will be part of it.     I wouldn't neglect crit too far... consensus seems to be ~1.5-2.5k. I'm on the lower end. Really depends on what you are doing...

    Most of your hardest hitting spells are affected by armor pen, so it's definitely worth it.

    I have bronzewood in my weapon.It's more or less armor pen with a set 8% of armor bypassed.Thought at it's max (P.bronzewood) is 16%.Has proven it's self worth the 60k AD I spent on it.
