Heroic Encounter rewards - Uncommon and Rare mixed up

Apologies if this is already posted and I missed it.

When you open your heroic encounter rewards, if it says uncommon it is actually better (35 black ice) than rare (25 black ice). I think they are just reversed.

    Were the rewards apart from black ice not better and you just got reduced black ice for "not participating as much" (which is a little stingy since you can get the reduction even after participating almost as much as the rest).

    No, I'm just saying that when opening a big stack of rewards with CTRL-F, the ones that said uncommon were always better than the ones that said rare.
