Moving Loot pick-up windows??

Is it a bug with the 'Rearrange HUD' mechanic that we can't move the loot windows that appear only in the middle of the screen when an item is grabbed? If they can be moved, how do we do it? No one I've ever asked in-game seems to have been able to either.

It's a seriously royal, inconveniencing PAIN to have to pause during combat and risk damage to get rid of three or four of those windows blocking our view when people pick cr@p up off the floor before the fight is over. IN the name of ALL THAT IS TRUE OR HOLY- P L E A S E change this.

Oh- and while we're at it, this game's been out a year now roughly, and we still get knocked off our horses when we take a drink? Come on... plenty of people throughout the history of equine domestication have drank from waterskins or canteens while in the saddle.

You can't change where the loot roll window pops up but you can change where the roll results appear , people have been asking to be able to move it since the game was launched but the developers never got around to it yet.

current work-around to the rearrange UI is this:

open your inventory (or any window which allows your mouse to freely move around)

press "ENTER" "/rearrange" "ENTER"

while you'll have your inventory screen open, you'll have released your mouse and can adjust your UI.
