I feel the need to post about this as the report I made ingame have not been processed and no mail has been sent to me in 3+ days.

So, we all know about this NPC where you can change your characters appearance. It's in PE and you need to have a coin to use it which cost 200 ZEN. But a few days ago when i decided to change the style on my dwarf i was met by a extremely zoomed in part of my characters right side. I am unable to zoom out, only in even more. The more I zoom in the more it brings focus to my face (yet half of it). Now to my question: What the hell has happened? :p I'm really eager to change the look on this character and would appritiate a reply about the subject.. as I said, already reported ingame several days ago and heard nothing.

I took the time to paste a screeny to show how it looks when first opening up the NPC dialog window.

I JUST FOUND A TEMPORARY FIX FOR THIS ON MY OWN:

How I solved it was that I randomly thought about logging on a secondary character, go there to look, and it then worked. When i logged back to my dwarf and went there once more.. tada, the visual bug was gone. I have no idea WHY this happened or HOW in the first place, but there is now a known solution to it.

had this happen as well- i think it happens to most people.. i logged in again later and re-entered the building and it then worked fine. i did that after advice from another player when i posted like you did.

so i'm just saying it does happen to other people, but if you try again it will eventually work. i also reported the bug, but i don't know what they are doing about it or when.

Relogging does not change the situation at all for me.
I've tried most of the "common" solutions there is, several times.

I simply can't change my appearance when it's like this.

Looks annoying. But it belongs in the bug section and not here I think.
Can't you drag your character around like you can on the normal character window (hold left-click and drag)?

There is no bug-section, so quite impossible. And no, you are only allowed to turn it, which does nothing.

You're right.. strange I didn't notice it. I'm a used forum player but for some reason it has eluded me.
Anyways, I solved the problem on my own somehow. But I still would classify this as a bug.
