Buying Zen through the Steam Powered Wallet

I could not buy zen through my steam player wallet. I had already added $25, so I was slightly upset. After googling, I noticed I was not alone. Many people seem to have this same problem.
Here is the solution:
You can purchase zen through your steam player, but you have to change some steam settings first.
1. While in Steam player, click on "Steam" in the tool bar and select "Settings."
2. When the settings window pops up select the "In-Game" tab.
3. You will notice at the top of that page it says "The Steam Overlay."
4. Put a check in the "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" box.
5. Close and restart NeverWinter and Steam.
6. You might also try going to the NeverWinter community hub while in Steam. (Someone else suggested enabling community while in Steam, but I never found that option.)
Anyway, I think that should fix the problem. I messed with a few other settings, but I believe it is "The Steam Overlay" that prevents you from using the Steam Wallet while in NeverWinter if it is not checked. I can confirm that I am able to now purchase zen using the Steam wallet successfully.
