Suggestions for Foundry

I have 2 small suggestions to make the foundry a little better.
The first one is that I think that if an eligible foundry quest's average duration is longer than the 15 minutes, it should count for more of the daily. For example. A 30 min average duration foundry would give you 2 of the 4 for daily and an hour long foundry would count for all 4. This would encourage people who do foundries for the daily to run some of the longer ones as well as the shorter ones.
The second idea I had for foundry is to make the end loot drop be a currency similar to the medallions of battle from the CTAs that could be spent on gear or other things. The amount received would be based on how long the foundry was. These would only drop from eligible ones as well so that people wouldn't just grind minute long foundries for excessive amounts of medallions.
