Heartbleed OpenSSL Bug

Does Cryptic use OpenSSL for the forum, gateway or the game server? If so, has Cryptic run the patch to fix the OpenSSL Heartbleed bug which leaves all sorts of encrypted data (IE passwords) wide open for anyone to read?

Would be good to know.

    Cryptic does not use OpenSSL for anything that I am aware of.

    I'll ask them to make sure but I highly doubt it. In the mean time though there is no reason for this discussion as it does not effect Neverwinter.

    OpenSSL is used in a very limited amount of the website's code but it is not effected by the Heartbleed bug.
