Howdy! I'm a level 60, but I haven't played in since like May of last year lol. Back then, I don't think there was a way to change the way your outfit looked without physically changing the piece of armor. Has this changed? Like...Say I have a really high stat helm that I'm using for stats. But have a lower stat helm that I like the style on. Would it be possible to use the lower level helm look while keeping the higher level helm's stats? Thanks!

Yep, you right click on the higher level helm and click Change Appearance, then insert the lower level helm under the Appearance icon (the style you like) and the higher level helm should automatically be at the Item to Change icon (the stats you want to preserve).
This could cost some AD though if the item is not a Free Appearance Change.
This has not changed. You have always been able to alter gear appearance. The only thing that has changed is the cost has been reduced. And the inclusion of a few free to changr skins.
