Skirmishes?

I allways wondered:

- Why are they so easy compared to dungeons? Especially at lvl 60?
- Why are the Rewards soooo bad? (few silver coins and an ID scroll?)

The Developers invested a lot of work into making those skirmishes but most people do them only once for their achievements and thats it...

I don't have any answers for you, other than guesses. But I think they are... trainers for teaching people about teaming, and quick and easy action when someone just wants to go in and beat up some baddies.

Maybe one day, they will become more structured and have a more ordered reward setup. This game is still young.

As far as doing them once for achievements.. I care nothing for achievements, myself. I do them for the skirmish hour.. each one awards an easy 1K AD.. I can easily complete 6 in an hour or more, depending on who is on my team and whether the queue bugs strike.. Then there are the events which are sometimes very rewarding and other times not.. but that's subjective.. sometimes not rewarding for me at all, but some guild mates want something, so I go along. Sometimes it's the otherway 'round.

But to me, they are always a lot of fun, at least for awhile. It's nice to run through something quick and just get it done.
