Hi,
I have a Hunter Range (human race) at level 29. So, I've been leveling and at level 28 the specialty trees for feat points opened for me. And the problem is I still cant spend points on that trees, I am only allowed to put points on the main block.
Is there a bug? Something to fix it? Or what the hell is happening? I haven't spend two points because I could not put them on the specialty I wanted.

Edit: No, there is no bug. It seems that the human race (that has more feat points than everyone else) has to spend two additional points on the first block of feat points. I have put two points on that block, and then the specialties unlocked.
