ITC Cooldown issue

Hi,
idk if its only me, but on my Trickster Rogue, when i use the "Impossible to catch" encounter sometimes it goes on coodown without any effect. This happens very often, like the 20% of the times or more. Also, this should exclude any connection-related problems:

this also happens to me. if you time it at the exact time youre about to be proned, by say a gf, theres no effect yet still a cooldown. Additionaly if you're in stealth it doesnt remove stealth but still has a cooldown further proving its a bug and not intended. this is a problem for me in pvp; miss one itc and get proned to death.
please fix

yep, this is still happening me a lot, and of course i use ITC when i feel the need of it (just before getting proned, or controlled by cw) so this is getting really annoying....

Yea, been a bug since beta. They've attempted to fix it in the past, and it's much better than what it was.

By the way, you can also dodge it. You have to wait a few tenths of a second after a dodge finishes.

Same with potions, certain cleric spells, and other buffs from the team.
