Something's weird with this particular update. Mine got to 56% then suddenly slowed to a *crawl* and I mean a real trickle (like an old 9600 Baud Modem) - and this is the first time I've ever had any kind of 'issue' with update patches since beta. This is patch-specific because the exact same thing would happen if I switched to the Owlbear server.
Eventually I just let it go all night, when I woke up it was done (fortunately no actual errors). Then switching to Owlbear it jumped straight into "mirroring" files and all set.
So I'm just saying the error OP is experiencing may not be local system or network thing, but that there's something haunted about this week's update patch.
Can someone help me please? I'm sorry to post this here, but for some reason I don't have new post permissions, even though I've been using for more than a month. Now I'm stuck in Asia with only my iPad. Using the gateway (beta) a TON, and have lots of bugs I'd like to report, but can't get them posted anywhere. It's super frustrating, as this is the only neverwinter access I have and the bugs are killing me.

That's what i've done. That's why it is downloading the 372 mb again.
When I restarted launcher as an administrator, it started downloading the 372 mb again (forgot to mention that in the thread)

Run windows in safe-mode with network drivers, then the error won't occur anymore.
Please help by posting?
Thanks
