PVP Profound Dagger of the Scoundrel bugged?

Hey there,
I recently acquired a pair of Profound Scoundrel Daggers and since it looked like an upgrade from what i had, i went for it head first.
But, to my surprise, my score from Attack/Healing went down with the change, have any of you notice if it's bugged or am i missing something?
I removed all enchants on both daggers before changing to confirm i was losing attack and here are the results:
Note: The changes are being made on the Main Hand
With Iceshard without any enchants:
Dmg of the weapon is: 384-470
Stats of my toon
Power - 3832
Crit -625
Armp - 2451
Attack/Healing -6786
With Profound Dagger of the Scoundrel:
Dmg of the weapon is: 402-492
Stats of my toon
Power - 3837
Crit -400
Armp - 2424
Attack/Healing: 6533
I tested to see what counted for the Attack/Healing and confirmed ArmPen and Crit both counted, alonside Power
What is going on here? The damage of the weapon is not contributing or what?
