The Right Race for PvP

Hi I am currently leveling a pvp TR and was wondering what the best race is for an all around rogue. I was thinking of making a perma so I roller high elf. Should I have chosen half long?

    Class, race, specs and gear doesnt matter. With ELO you will end up in a margin where you have a 50% chance to win a match after sufficient repetition of matches.

    Suggestions to improve NW:
    - Dualspec
    - Better rewarding foundry and foundry pvp maps
    - Custom PvP leagues with leaderboards instead of the current 'matchmaking'.
    - Armory
    - make jumping cost stamina (to reduce hopping in pvp)

    It doesn't break game to be honest.

    Especially for a class like TR skill matters a lot. Good timing of encounters, good movment + flurry.



    If you want perma, Human is a good way to go due to the free 2 point abilty score and 3 point in extra feat.

    Thx for help guys, my build that I am creating isn't in need of a certain race. I will just play as is and hope for the best.
