Is it correct that ALL classes get 0.5% Deflection per point over 10 from their DEX, including Rogues, but that Rogues also get a full 1% Deflection per point of CHA over 10?
How can CHA affect damage deflection in Combat?
"Gee! I won't hit HIM too hard - he looks like a good bloke! I'll just muff my aim a bit!"
Anyone have any opinion on CHA vs STR? Does deflection chance help a SS/ITC rogue much except in those cases they get caught out of stealth, where they are likely to die anyway?

My deflect chance is around 47% while only have my actual deflect score around 2k. This gives me a lot more options with stats to either increase the other defenses or increase damage. With my particular setup I am able to unslot ITC for another damaging ability or another stealth/utility ability like smoke bomb or bait and switch.

We get a real nice benefit from Cha
Leaving dead question marks everywhere

I enjoy it.
