I dont really understand how the black ice armor is going to be charged.
It appears that you buy the basic BIarmor from vendor for about 40k BI. Then you use the BI refining profession to upgrade the armor to its "charged" state. Does that sound right??
To charge the armor this way was another 40k BI and the "charge" only last 3 and half hours at which point you have to "charge" it again. This cant be right, I must be misunderstanding something. There is also weapons rings neck sets that are "charged" with similarly obscene amounts of BI.
I am hoping someone can explain the real way this is going to work. If my above statements are correct then let me be the first to say cryptic you are OUT OF YOUR F$&^*%$ MIND!
From what I understand, the 3.5 hours is in COMBAT. Not standing around dancing, talking, afk'ing or any of that. You should be able to collect enough easily to keep it charged, and it never goes back to the original state (in other words, never goes back to plain old black ice armor.)
Yeah, I don't think it will go back to the Plain Black Ice version you crafted it from. Instead I think it will get a drastic stat drop and become a T1 version of either the Corrupt or Purified Black Ice gear.
I may be wrong though

The stat upgrade occurs in the menu to refine enchantment or equip/unequip etc it looks and functions as above.
