Get Bonus Rewards in Neverwinter! ok I did not see this till just now 9:30am eastern time on the 28th. so it says

Day 1 – 3/27 10AM (PDT) – 3/28 10AM (PDT)

Item: Preservation Wards

Quantiy: 5 stacks

I just purchased the 5 stacks, but right afterwords I purchased the

Day 2 – 3/28 10AM (PDT) – 3/29 10AM (PDT)

Item: Blood Ruby

Quantity: 1

should I have waited till tomorrow to purchase the ruby??? can a mod help me out maybe they should of had some kind of popup on screen so u can track this??? like day 1 completed and then day 2 completed HELP

from what I am reading I should of waited till like tonight to get the ruby

Also make sure you purchase it at the right time. 10AM pdt might be different than your time zone.

this will help you figure out when it is.

Try submitting a support ticket and if they don't help you in time, you may want to re-purchase the Ruby for the daily reward to be safe.

Yeah you need to put in a ticket and explain to support what you did ,if you are doing the entire promo just continue as you are supposed to buying each item on the intended day.
