/bind "<desired key>" "<command>"
So if I wanted to bind /killme to the number 9 -
/bind "9" "killme"
Another example is I have '/party Me!' bound to 8 for when Valindra grabs me in VT -
/bind "8" "party Me!"
If you want to use keys not specifically defined as a letter/number, they should be something like this:
KP_NUMLOCK
KP_SLASH
KP_STAR
KP_PLUS
KP_MINUS
KP_HOME
KP_END
KP_UPARROW
KP_DOWNARROW
KP_LEFTARROW
KP_RIGHTARROW
KP_5
KP_EQUALS
KP_INS
KP_DEL
KP_PGUP
KP_PGDN
KP_ENTER
