I tried that instance about tree times with diferent parties yesterday and always the same problem, the.. wall-door at the end of the labyrinth that doesnt open. Its frustrating for newbie players as me, please fix it!!

As of last night the door is still bugged. Entered premade through front door and through que.
The new CM said something about them looking into this with priority or something , if I find the post I'll link it.

Given the fact that they did not nuke the door for now to be done with it.....I think when they fix a typo in some quest text, something in CT gets broken these days.
Still bugged, just tried with a group of 3 and there's nothing, from memory there should be a gate, it's like they've just bricked it up and said they'll fix it soon but never do
Kind of like a 16 year old to be honest.

Given that it has been broken since beta (at least), and has been "fixed" more than once, I'd suggest not holding your breath. Since they apparently can't fix this door (!), it's probably best to remove it to save not just the embarrassment, but also the obvious poor impression that it gives to new players.

This bug everyone talks about is due to, too many people trying to open the stone wall door at the same time.(Example: 1 opens its and another closes it) Have 1 person open it and everyone follows through. As for it bugging the whole Dungeon for everyone else yes that's a bug!!!!!

It can happen when you're in the instance solo, too.
Still broke. I don't know about anyone else, but for our party, the door didn't even have a mechanism to open. My character can see traps and buttons and still there was nothing to interact with for the door to lift in the first place.

Well Met Kat, meow I never had the door bug on me during solo if I clicked it, but went in after someone double tapped and it was bugged. I'll have to check on that one, for my OCD or CDO

You'll love it as it's that most intractable of beasts, an intermittent bug. Because the instance generally breaks when doing it in a group, I have had cause to go back at a higher level to clear the quest*. On some characters, the door has stuck. On others, it has opened just fine.
* You're not the only slightly obsessive one- my GWF has the Temple Of the Spider Queen quest in her log, and it won't complete, in normal or epic mode. I have gone back and soloed it more than once, cleared the place out- only to find the quest stubbornly refusing to clear. Various other characters have similar broken quests- but this one irks me the most, for some reason.

Ugh, I was helping a guildmate and I was unaware of this bug... all the way to the end and the wall won't open...

Still broken. I grouped up with 4 guys and queued up, we ran it from the beginning and when we reached the infamous door we stepped away from it. Only the DC tried to open it, but she couldnt even activate it. I submitted a ticked in game and came here to check if someone had already posted this issue. Pretty sad to see this thread started more than 15 days ago.

Cloak Tower is broken, I know you know this already. However, as a new player to your games here at perfect world, I have found that the very first dungeon is broken and appears to have been broken for a very long time. I will not be playing anymore perfect world games as a result of this information. This is regretful because my wife and I really did enjoy the first 17 levels of Neverwinter. We will not be trying anymore of the games because if you take so long to fix one that is only a sign of what will be done with the others. There are a lot of games available free to play and otherwise. I would suggest fixing this issue quickly before you lose anymore players like my wife and I. Good luck in your future endevors. I only started this game a few weeks ago, needless to say the fact that the first dungeon in the game is bugged to a point of not working really put me off... fortunately I met some awesome people who showed me that the fun doesn't really start until lvl 60 :P but still...
