On my Devoted Cleric, armor penetration isn't taken into account in some spells damage calculations.
The skills who haven't a damage range in their tooltip :
- Chain of the Blazing Light (normal and divine mode)
- Prophecy of Doom (normal and divine mode)
- Searing Light (divine mode only)
The DoT (Damage over Time) spells after the first tick of damage :
- Break the Spirit
- Forgemaster's Flame
- Brand of the Sun
I didn't check, but other class must have the same problem.
