LVL 60 PVE CW ~~ Help With Stats

Need a little help figuring out stats...Just starting to upgrade enchants to rank 9 and do not want to waste a bunch of AD on stats that are not really needed.

I am a lvl 60 CW, mainly PVE only. Using full 4/4 set of HV, Orb of Dread Legion and Talisman, Pyro rings, Smithing Nef Belt.

My current stats are:
Power: 6012
Crit: 2484
ArP: 1835
Rec: 3637

I did notice that some of people that I group with, that normally top the DPS charts have higher Power, and lower ArmP than me, but most that I have been told is ArmP should be around 24% which would be higher than I currently have.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. BTW I did try to paste a screen shot of my character screen but could not figure it out.

    Arp to 20-22 percent is all you need for all the trash you will kill. I go power over crit but try to keep crit at 30+% which is easy if you go intel and charisma and I use eots.
