Why is gwf the only class with different 2/2 and 4/4 bonuses between original pvp, gg, grim and profound sets?

pvp 4/4 = heal while unstoppable

gg and grim/profound 4/4 = extra deflect + slow chance

grim 2/2 = +1800 hp

profound 2/2 = +463 crit
