Log in after being disconnected

After being Disconnected from NeverWinter While in the Death Forge in Dread Ring, i have not been able to log into the game. the message Connecting to login server... comes up and after about 3-5 mins it puts me back to the login screen. I have atemped to enter Via Arch and Steam both. Please help fix this.
