Stuck on Return to instance + Member kicked from party and replaced by 'pugs'

Aright so here the issue

Sometime when you queue, your party get broken, someone don't get queue and get kicked from the party and replaced by a random member who was probably waiting in queue for the same event. (Happen mostly in pvp and Gautlgrymm)

With the new leaver penality(witch is great and work like a charm) it make it hard for group that get destroyed as someone end up alone and waiting for the pvp to finish, not very fun for a friend....

Other issue is that sometimes when we finish a pvp/GG/dungeon/cta someone get stuck with Return to instance.
Fix would be to remove armor under gear score requirement (witch dont work for cta) but is still borring especialy in GG where you have a very limited time to do runs....


This has been like that for a long long long time.. I was wondering if any work was going on this queue system to fix those queue issue..

I wanted to add some more info on this issue,

1: The queue can go missing on 1 player even if we did not get into any instansce before

2: The return to instance bug happens everytime we quit Castle Never in a group using the normal exit door.
