Disable "Community Access" shift+tab "feature"?

Am I missing something? Is there a way to disable this so-called "feature"? I have no need to access the community in the middle of a PvP match (several times) so I need this gone without changing keybinds. I've come pretty close, on a number of occasions, to headbutting my keyboard to pieces, any help would be appreciated. Cheers.:)

Why "without changing keybinds"? Wouldn't that be the simplest solution? I can't say I've ever even seen the community access menu, since I double tap sprints and dodges that's not a key combination I would ever accidentally push.

I don't care for double tappin' for sprint, much prefer shift key. Since I'm always using little bits of sprint and determination pops frequently, I'm seeing this window a lot. The most that it happens is when I'm pushin to a point through the enemy team....sprinting as they are trying to stop me with CC I'm basically spamming tab for unstoppable so I can get to the point as quickly as possible.

No problem. I mapped special move to a mouse button and lock target to shift, so I had to change that immediately.
