dread ring question

I would like to see some kind of directory so I could locate things in the game. For example, I keep getting coins to trade to someone called Fadime Zatar of Dread ring? street? But have no idea where this npc is and cannot find it anywhere! Does anyone know where/how to find?

    There are seals of the shadowmantle, or whatever they're called, that can drop from the 3 different lairs in the Dread Ring, as well as from Valindra's Tower. IIRC, the vendor for them is near the tent/hut with the dwarf that also sells some items - I wanna say Zoey Fargo maybe.
