The Hunter Ranger's Forestwalk feat is inconsistently and incorrectly being applied on the test shard (have not tested it on live):
When the ranger with the Forestwalk feat casts a buff, they do NOT get the forestwalk speed boost. However, their party members do.
When the ranger with the Forestwalk feat changes stances they get or refresh the forestwalk speed boost. Party members are unaffected.
It would actually make the feat a lot more useful if it was consistently on combat stance change instead of on buff cast. However, that is not what is stated on the tooltip.
