From what I read on this forums, I doubt it but who knows?

There doesn't seem to be much info on Cryptic improving it.

It will be improved. The real question is the amount of improvement over how much time. Regardless, it will never be enough to satisfy anyone. My suggestion: if you want to build quests, work with what you have as it costs you nothing in terms of monetary investment. It does cost you time and perhaps some frustration, some would even call it "work", but either way if you are using it then it is a labor-of-love as they say.
