I suggest buy an assortment of rank 7 enchantments, utility darks and your choice of defense and offense enchantments. Try for lesser weapon and armor enchantments to go with. If you have some left, save it for an ioun stone. Augment companions are by and far the most useful companions for PvE.
At level 60 you really have little or no use of fast mounts besides PvP. Dailies...meh?
Here's my list of priorities for you buddy;
1. Ordinary enchantments, rank 7 (don't go for 8 yet)
2. Ioun Stone (except on the off chance you don't PvE, then don't)
3. A purple zen mount - it's BoA make sure it's a Zen mount
4. Exquisite Gemmed.. trousers and shirt thingie
5. PvE farm your gear or grind PvP
6. Artifacts
100. No runes <--- just don't. unless you have more AD than you can spend and have purchased everything else
Source: I've got a 15.7k TR with all perfect weapon/armor and rank 7 enchantments, 3 purple artifacts, a bunch of 110% mounts and multiple armor sets for special occasion. Cost me somewhere between 10 and 20 million AD. If I were replaying things in my head, the first 1 million AD I earn would always be spent towards the list above.

First, no runestones but you encourage the purchase of an augment? Second, I'd go with blue gemmed pants and shirt first as the savings are worth the slight decrease in stats when the big draw is extra enchantment slots. Finally, I'd go for rank 6 enchants and runestones as it's usually cheaper to buy those and make your own rank 7s. (price everything first of course)

The Allure stone is the cheapest. That's its primary advantage. You get two offense and one defense rune. Using an Eldritch in the defense slot will allow you to get the highest stats overall, but your ability to stack offense stats is reduced. Finally, the items you can equip on it include an icon (DC offhand) which greatly limit your ability to tailor your stats. Active bonus of slow seems marginal at best, especially for a melee character.
Cat is middle price. It also has the defense slot so the same consideration applies. Instead of an icon, it has a belt slot, which allows much greater customization. Active bonus is extra deflect (rogue is the class most able to use this) and reduced fall damage, which is situational but can be of use especially in fights against dragons as their wing buffet knockback counts as falling damage.
Might stone is the highest price and requires further expense to upgrade it to blue and unlock the final equipment slot. That's its only drawback. Three offense slots will allow you to stack armor pen and crit, or power if the first two are capped. Good customization choices on the equipment slots. Active bonus is stamina regen, which is very useful since frequently being able to dodge makes the difference between life and death for a rogue.

1. Go for Ioun Stone of Allure! Throw some R6 runestones, Eldritch in defense slot to gets additional % of pet's stat. ArPen/Recovery/Crit in offense, depending on needs. Also 3 equipment slots, deck some blue items with R5 enchants for the beginnig. Level up stone to 25 (quite easy with all that XP from Sharand/Dread Ring dailies). You get a huuuuuge boost for PvE. It is long-time investment, stone may stay with you at least until Module 3, and I doubt Mod3 bring something so uber-awesome that it neglect Stone completly.
1. Upgrade your weapons to T2 daggers (393-481 damage range). Economic choice with good stats are:
Main hand - Murderous Jester's Long Dagger (~20K)
Off-hand: Master Assassin's Ornate Dagger (~15K)
3. You should still have enough AD for purple gemmed shirt/pants and some r6 enchants for them. Huge boost for both PvE and PvP. Purple ones are currently best in slot, so they stay with you at least until Module 3 is released. And probably you can keep them much longer.
4. If you still have some AD left after buying the staff above, upgrade your gear/enchants as much you can afford, but don't buy any blue gear piece (unless bloody cheap and has exactly the stats you want) or purple beyond 10K AD (you will be able soon to get them easily in the dungeons).
After all of that your GS for PvE will jump by 1-2K probably, depending on upgrades. Your stone will give you huuuuuge boost to stats (which are not included into GS), but you would have the same stats as a 11-12K GS character without stone easily. So you're ready for T2 dungeons out of the box and can completly skip gearing in T1 dungeons.

Invest 1.2m AD in trading, so you earn money, hopefully...
If you really wanna invest in gear, I would say full rank 5+some good weapons+ lesser soulforged+normal vorpal/bilethorn(depends on your build and usage)

Take it from me though, I have both cat and stone on two TR, and I find ioun stone so much better.
