error 36: file locked

Starting the launcher went to error 36 everytime.
i then started launcher as admin.
it's now downloading 5093 mbs??? the joke ain't funny to me.
*edit* it'd be cool if you didn't ruin a perfectly decent experience every single patch.

I get that error too when I start the game normally under windows8.

What solved it the last 2 weeks was after the maintenance running the game or arc once as adminitrator.
(right clicking on the desktop icon and there should be an option for "run as administrator"or similar (I don't have a english win8 installation)

After the update I just quit the game/arc and run it normally again.

right click the launcher and run as admin usually fixes it for me
