Is the DF Queue fixed yet?

Played Neverwinter on and off for the past couple months - just checking if the latest patch fixed the PUG Dungeon Finder feature issues? Like joining complete dungeons or one person disconnects ? Did not see any mention of it in the past couple patch notes and hoping it might have been stealth fixed.
