Wanting to try something different....WK perma stealth

I have a lvl 60 MI TR. I utilized XynTrynZia's Scoundrel Build and it is working well for the PvE content that I want to do.

I rerolled another TR because I love them so much. I have decided, after watching some footage on youtube, that I would like to try out the WK paragon path. I rolled human with 14 str/12 con/15 dex/14 int/11 wis/13 cha with the goal being that I raise int to 20 for the necessary recovery to keep perma stealth as WK.

Any advice of feats, powers and item stats to prioritize would be great. This toon would be used for PVP and PVE.

Try this one out. WK Perma for PVP and PVE. I haven't finished the Gear portion yet but it should be similar to what MI's have. But I made this build work with the Profound PVP Set (30% Increased Stealth) on the Test Shard, so you may also want to farm for one.

Storm, I already use a WK build that I came up with myself for pvp. I was using a similar perma stealth MI build that most use, and I decided to take a more ranged/shadow evader style build for pvp. The toon is a half orc and we do need sustained dps to be viable in pvp. However once you get decent gear its a nice change from Mi. it takes more timing and if you get caught with your pants down (no ITC) then your most likely dead. Good Luck!
