I've been thinking about a good choice for weapon enchantments but can't find anything worthwhile.
I tried Holy avenger since my job is to protect people but i don't know how well it works, there is no way to find out what contributions it makes, it's not something significant, doesn't feel special.
Also i don't see what's the point of upgrading it, since it's the same reduction with the same duration and big ICD, procs faster but a slightly better uptime.
Anyway, i'm trying Plague fire now cause i'm trying the debuffer style with 4pcs of high prophet, the problem is that 3 sec is waaay to short, if i have to dodge it falls off, i can't even cast DL on my own debuffed target because by the time it fires a stack already falls of. Didn't really check the actual uptime but it's not really practical.
A popular option is vorpal but if as a cleric i'm either debuffing or shielding other people, generally abilities that don't have high damage/healing (or none at all) so big numbers don't matter much.
Terror would be a nice enchantment for debuffing but i heard it doesn't stack, so if another person in group has it the effect is kinda lost right?
What else is there?

Nothing else beats any of the four you mentioned, in my opinion. I use vorpal, but all of the others are good too. I personally did not like the avenger and couldn't get rid of it fast enough, but the look of it had a lot to do with that. Of the ones you mentioned, considering that you like the debuff/buff path, I think PF>Terror>Vorpal>Holy. All of the others as far as I know will either just increase your damage slightly or worse draw unwanted aggro.
I'm no expert, but that's my opinion.

I like using holy. Its another 15% dmg mitigation at minimum. Its proc stacks with everything else were throwing down.
Once you know what the buff looks like. You'll see that its up quite a bit. At-least for me it is. But I'm always spamming my at Wills between encounters.

After posting the above, I have been running this on my DC now for a few weeks and refuse to change it. Tested in MC 3/3 a total of 3 times now... ~1 MILLION less damage to each party member was enough of a reason for me to stay with frost.

When i see "kolbe" i remember "frost". DC better not to use frost unless your teammates using PF or Terror. For all pvp clerics please refrain from changing enchants now as we are working to find a path to pvp as a cleric. Dont waste AD now and frost enchant effects in pvp are unknown between lesser and perfect yet.

Heal= Vorpal
Mitigation= Holy Avenger
PvE Mobs Stun= Frost
PvP Sent= Feytouched / Holy Avenger

I will agree though, Frost is only useful if your team has some existing debuffs (Plague fire/Terror/Bronzewood).
As for PVP, it is not as effective as it requires your opponent have some amount of recovery to work in the first place (which now is the case as all of the Tenacity armors I have seen have it).

PlagueFire is too short duration for a Cleric as we don't strike often enough to keep it up, better for melee.
I using Terror (currently a Greater) which lasts for 5s and gives straight 15%. (lesser -5%, normal - 10%, perfect 20%)
Note all similar enchants dont stack. So multiple plaguefires dont stack, neither do multiple terrors better to have different across group.
Best is
Melee - Plaguefire
CW - High Vizier
DC - High Prophet & Terror
Does anyone know any other major class or armor/weapon debuffs

I think vorpal is fine for group comps. If you use healing word or FF

FF~4k ticks
This is using healer's lore too.
Debuffs are nice if we did more AoE, but when we only hit a few targets with at-wills or sunburst/chains whatever you use, I feel like you might as well just use divine glow and focus on burst healing.
