Hey I was hoping to get some clarification on the Heroic feat Action Advantage. I was looking at some builds to see if I can improve my TR and noticed in one of them there was a comment stating that the feat is not adding a straight 10% to AP but is adding in a multiplicative way
for example lets say i have the following constants:
AP gain % = 10
a power would normally give me 100 points of AP
without feat I gain 110 AP's
With 5 points in the feat would which of the two entries would be correct
1. 10% is added to AP gain giving me 15% making the over gain 120 AP's
2. 10% of my current AP gain (10) making the overall gain 111 AP's
or is it actually something entirely different?
