Mixup of BoP and BoE on gear

I tried asking about the following in the Patch Notes thread for the emergency patch this evening, but that thread devolved into arguing about what to do about people who took advantage and buried under piles of trollish and flaming posts... So, I'm gonna ask make a new thread to ask (and please, no discussion about the stones and cheaters here).

People posted and there were official threads acknowledging that various BoE gear was suddenly made BoP and vice versa. The new patch only states that the stones of radiance are now corrected to BoP. Does this mean that all the other items that got their binding screwed up will stay screwed up?

    Not Official: more than likely items which were BoP which should have been BoE will not be individually changed but the issue which caused the incorrect binding has been adjusted.

    But again, this is my best guess. Not officially relayed information.
