im coming back to the game but...

well i had left the game since december but after watching the upcoming update (called modules here i guess) i decide to come back and give the game another chance so i have few questons here :
1. how much had changed the economy, playerbase and the game in general i mean its more stable, improved or better now?
2. well one of my biggest reason i left the game was that it was very difficult to farm AD at solo and it was very difficult to find a group for epic dungeons so im a bit which are the best ways to get a good income and have some progression in the process?
3. currently i have a tiefling thaumaturge CW spellstorm mage lvl 60 (yeah i know too much info to describe my class and build XD) with the archmage set and a half-orc HR lvl 34 (archer build) so which char i have to dedicate more time and reach the milestones i had said in the 2nd question??
4. which is the cheapest way to upgrade my enchantments and how people get alot of those epic enchantments? i dont even have enough AD or marks to upgrade my shards and convert them into epic enchantments.
well i hope i can get some help and not end being stuck

buy a stone and epic mount
do sharandar and dread ring for boons

My guild runs T2 for newbie to gear them to T2. So that everyone can do end game content faster.
