Whats wrong with the game/server

What's wrong with the game or server? The past day's i'm experiencing a lot of leg and dc's it's kinda driving me nuts.

I've verfied with my ISP that they dont have problems. Since my connection is 20Mbit i doubt it's due my slow connection and I dont suffer the same problem with other mmo game.

So there must be something wrong on server side. Please fix

There is a lot in play between your house and Cryptic's Servers.

When you call an ISP they are going to check if your line is granted the connection you pay for. They don't check to see if the route to your destination is clear though.

You can imagine you are travelling from your house to Cryptic's Parking Lot. Your ISP is only checking to see if your Road is free of traffic and chances are it is. Unless you pull their teeth they won't fess up to issues on the other roads though.
The interstate that you have to take to get to Cryptic could be bumper to bumper but they will not test or volunteer that information. And Cryptic can only control the traffic in their parking lot.

Here's the rule of thumb: unless the forums are blowing up there's not an issue with the servers.
There's more to the system than the average person realizes.

Complete the tests in this thread but more than likely you will have to contact your ISP being a bit more knowledgeable to get past the sidestepping.
