Tech support forum read only?! How do we talk about problems?

Since they made the tech support forum read only, how the heck are we all supposed to talk or help each other with technical issues?

I came here to try and find out if there was ANY fix or solution to the graphics CTD issues that many, many players have been reporting... It is happening to me as well basically making NW unplayable until there is a fix.

Anyhow, closing the technical forum just makes no sense what so ever because now we are at the full mercy of whether we get a reply to a tech support ticket or not..... and worse, whether it is just a canned response where they assume we are all idiots...

    if you can't find the information in the existing threads or in the knowledge base, then just submit a tech support ticket as stated. there's no need to flame the process or make assumptions.
