Where is Special Event vendor?

I've been doing the Call to Arms: Orc Assault special event and have collected quite a few Medallions of Battle. I understand there is a vendor somewhere in Protector's Enclave where I can redeem them for assorted items.

Can anyone give me directions to where the vendor is? I can't find him/her... The only information I have is that it's on the "second level" - but I'm not sure what that means since there are stairs all over the place. A labeled map screenshot would be ideal - barring that, relative directions compared to some other location that is labeled on the map would be great too.

Thanks in advance for the help...

Down the steps from the shrine in the enclave. It is a circular platform and is used for every event.

So, basically, if I stood with my back to the altar and walked forward off the ledge (between the two stairways that lead down) I would land on/near the platform? OK, thanks - I'll look for that.

Yes, it is pretty much a straight shot from the shrine to the event dais.

Or you could hit M and bring up the MAP and find the Call To Arms event vendor is marked.

There's a location in PE called the "Even dais" - it's kind of at the head of the long shallow reflecting pool, with the large statue of a man, (can't recall if it's supposed to be Lord Nevermber or not).
