How to copy to Preview Server?

How do you copy your characters over to preview server now? The link on these forums is now outdated with the revamp of the forums I get a message saying "Neverwinter has moved" and I get redirected to Arc games.

Is there a new location where I can copy my toons over to preview servers? And can you post the link pls
