I just spent time trying to navigate the new *Arc website Redirect* and here is my current take on it....
1. It in order to get to the Forums here you have to go through several pages. This seems very confusing and one can get very lost doing so. This isn't a direct issue for me because I have a bookmark for the forums directly but, I mean for new players that is way too complicated, way too confusing at it's current state. The Arc site needs to navigate directly to the neverwinter section, that should also be the case for any of it's games.
2. I personally don't like the drop down menu, due to I assume is javascript responding differently in different browsers tested it in chrome, firefox, opera, IE. it seems to not function properly in some browsers. I also don't like drop down menus because for me anyway, because I like just clicking from the small list that is on the old site, but that is just me.
3. Access to some of the Nw specific stuff is completely cut off. sword coast adventures = redirect to Arc main page,
Preview servers = redirect to arc main page. you can do a work around but it requires advanced knowledge in chrome and Firefox. This is not good for the average user.
4. the forum's have no sign in link, even if you sign into Arc's site it will not auto sign you into the forums.
the only way to sign in is to click on usercp, or try to reply to a thread, in my opinion, this is very inconvenient and annoying.
I understand that some could be fixed soon , but others yeah, they definitely need attention too.

SCA is played thru the Gateway, go to guides link and the Gateway link is there. The gateway link doesn't redirect you cause it is not tied to the arcgames domain.
How to gain Access to Preview Server is being worked on.
Like i said though, that is way too much navigation to remotely be convenient or non confusing, look how many pages to go through just to get to the forums. 4? access to forums should be right there on the main link to Neverwinters page. and like i said the Arc link redirect should take us directly to the neverwinter section.
One click going from main arc page to neverwinter page.
