Where is my mount?

I purchased the bear mount, two of my character it showed up in their inventory. I just started a 3rd, which just hit level 20. How do I pick up the bear mount for him? The description says, usable by all characters on the account.

    Should be in the Zen store, unless you mean the high forest bear. In which case, the bear will be in the rewards vendor in the Enclave.

    Please ignore, went to mount and then the floor. Was able to claim for free. :)
