To me it feels like I'm sending the "report spam" message to a blackhole when using the option on our nr1 spammer. I believe cryptic and PW that they seriously take action upon then. Meanwhile that wont help us users because a new account is generated every 2 minutes ore so.
So was thinking. Maybe it would help you're users to be able to create a custom string filter so we can filter not only accounts but also words. If we could filter words in the chat, we would be able to filter the chatbots our self, en there for probably render them useless over time. I think such a feature would be a great improvement en could make a great difference to us, your users. Ideal would be with RegEx enabled for advanced users
