Forum theme looks messy since downtime

Since the forums went down yesterday, I experience a weird look. Site background is now white, as are spaces between content blocks. Also, the top bar for the Neverwinter main site misses completely.
Does anybody know how to correct this?
I'm using Firefox with NoScript, Ghostery and cookies are deleted at closing.

    Ctrl+F5 worked for me.

    For me it's just slow. Like they fired the rabbit who sends our edit requests out and hired a turtle.

    OK, weird stuff going on... when clicked the link for this forum section (I've done it about a dozen times this day), suddenly, I have a new, working layout.
    So, /thread, things worked out on their own. Still strange.

    they are still tweaking the forums today so it's highly possible strange things are going to happen while they do their thing.

    Yeah glitches happen and they are working on it. I have seen some fixes happen since the forums came back up (early this morning for me). I seen alot of it in my time when I was head of tech support for ikonboard when they still used cgi and now all forum software that I see uses php now.
