    I hate to get your hopes-up (by seeing there is a reply to your thread) - but I don't have a clue myself as I've never seen this (and I've been playing with Foundry for more than three years or however long it's been since first intro'd in STO).This one sounds like a support-ticket request, if it doesn't fall into the "bug" category (since it appears to be account-specific issue).

    If you haven't yet you might try setting Launcher Option -> Patching -> Force Verify and let it check all your installed files.

    I have seen this sometimes, but a quick logout/log back in always fixes it. I've never seen it last for three days. I think at the worst I had to quit out of the game and go back in from the launcher once. I am assuming you have done all of this several times as well as a full reboot so I can't think of anything. Best suggestion would be to gain a level on a character and see if that resets it. Either way, I hope you get it fixed soon.
    Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
