An icon is the DC off-hand item. So just look for those as random drops (or get them from the AH).

2. What is(are) the best thing to put on ioun stone of allure "icon" slot, and where do I find it(them)? I am CW thaum/spellstrom build.
You can also see about forming a guild with a few tight-knit people (make sure you trust them) and utilize the guild storage...

Blacklake District: Meet with Zoe and clear the Nasher Safe House - receive your first freebie inventory bag.
Neverdeath Graveyard, complete the Guild of Clockmakers quest (I think it's Clock Tower) to get your other freebie inventory bag.
As for icons - I can't get rid of them fast enough - they drop *everywhere*. Probably better to just buy one in the AH as you can equip a level 60 Epic in Companions, including the stones.

The "overflow bag" isn't a bag, per se, it's a game feature. If your inventory is full but you some end up getting items forced into your inventory anyway (there are a few ways this can happen), those items end up in your "Overflow Bag"
As you take those items out, you'll see that "bag" shrinks and, when it's empty, will disappear. It's only a virtual bag (if you will), you cannot equip or use any items store in it until you've put it in your REAL inventory.
On the guild front, feel free to look up the Greycloaks, it's one of the biggest guild in the game, one of the most active and, (if I do say so myself) the most awesome!
