Since this is a cash shop item perhaps you may actually fix it this time.
The artifact primary gets NO benefit at all from armor penetration.
Good thing I didn't get it for the primary, but I'm sure some people are considering getting it for pvp, so they should know it will be completely useless vs. GWFs who will cut it's damage by a factor over 2.5.
