SCA on gateway , Daily Loot bug no reward for 18

Howdy
With the changes to the loot table , if you roll an 18 you get no prize .

    Update
    Today I did my higher level toons first , and had no problem . Yesterday I rolled a 20 to start with a low level toon . It was rewarded 2 of the lesser enchantment packs ( with pearls as rewards ) and a potion pack . Then all my characters that received enchantment packs later did not receive them . Maybe some codeing problem going back to higher level toons getting rewards .
