Stripped account

Terrible news for me.
I got to bed yesterday, woke up this morning, logged into the game. First weird feelings: my keybinds have changed.
Second weird feeling: my CW has lost everything it had of worth. Third weird feeling: all my other characters have been stripped as well.
A total of 5 characters have been robbed (too bad i didnt create several accounts!), including 1 Perfect Lightning enchant, 2 Greater Vorpals, all my enchants and runestones (ranks 7 and 8, anything lower hasn't been touched!),
Coalescent wards, greater marks of potency, few lesser and normal enchants that i was working on, of course all my AD is gone as well.... Basically everything of worth is gone.

I tried writing an in-game GM ticket, but a system error message appears asking for me to try later.

I don't know what to do. I hope someone here can help me, at least give me advice on what should be my actions. This is devastating, I have so much /played on all my characters.

I wish Perfect World can see who logged in into my account during those 8 hours i have been sleeping.

    Click Support at the very top of this page and write a ticket there.

    Ah right, thanks man, the ticket is submitted. Hope as hell that something will be possible, I was told by guildies that they can rollback my characters, which would be pretty much exactly what i want, especially as I can't remember the exact number of AD i had or even the proper list of all enchants that got stolen

    It will be necessary to track this through support, though. Unfortunately we do not permit discussion of support related issues on the forums, nor can anyone at the forum level assist you.

    Sorry for the response but is a necessity :(
